At Fascinating Facets we know that buying rough online can sometimes be a nerve wracking experience. We sincerely want all of our customers to like the rough they purchase from us. As such, every piece of rough we sell comes with a seven (7) day inspection period, unless otherwise noted. If you don't like the piece or it won't work for your project, just pack it back up and send it back.* We only ask that you don't cut, grind, polish or otherwise modify the piece in any way.
Please just send us a message and let us know to expect the return. Once we've had the opportunity to inspect the rough we will request a full refund for the cost of the piece, minus shipping for you.
